Masculinity Resources
For Men and Boys

Masculinity is not a problem to solve,

It is an ever-shifting journey to explore throughout life. Too often, men and boys are told who they should be, how they must feel, and what they have got to look like, instead of being given space to explore who they are, to be their most authentic self. Here you will find resources designed to open conversations, build understanding, and encourage growth. Our aim is to support men and boys in creating lives that are grounded in strength, respect, and real connection.

Navigating the online world

It’s not always easy to know what’s true online. Information moves fast, and opinions can sound like facts. The resources below can help you pause, think critically, and make sense of what you see before reacting, sharing, or believing.

Misinformation spreads quickly, especially when it plays on fear, anger, or confusion.

When something online makes you feel angry, shocked, or outraged, pause for a moment and ask, is this real, or is it bullshit?

The BULLSHIT Test can help you tell the difference. It’s a quick way to slow down, question what you see, and avoid getting pulled into online manipulation.

Spotting Ragebait

Some posts are made to make you angry. They twist facts, exaggerate problems, or frame things to divide people. The aim isn’t to inform, it’s to get clicks and stir emotion.

If something online makes your blood boil, pause for a moment. Ask yourself:

  • Who benefits if I get angry about this?

  • Is the story one-sided or missing details?

  • Is it using emotional language to push a point?

Staying calm and curious online is powerful. The more questions you ask, the clearer things become.

Understanding how to question what we see online is an essential skill. This guide breaks the process into simple steps, asking where the information came from, who’s behind it, what it’s saying, and why it was created. It’s a practical way to slow down and think critically before sharing or believing something.

Healthy Relationships & Respectful Conversations

Healthy relationships start with respect, listening, and the courage to have honest conversations. The Safe Conversations resource explores how we can approach difficult topics with care, challenge harmful behaviour, and create space for understanding instead of conflict.
These skills aren’t just for partners or families; they help in friendships, workplaces, and communities too. By learning to talk safely and openly, we can all play a role in creating safer, more supportive environments for everyone.

The Step In video shows how small moments of awareness and action can help prevent harm and promote respect.
It’s not about confrontation, it’s about paying attention, showing care, and speaking up when something doesn’t feel right.
