The Men’s Development Programme creates spaces which enable lifelong long learning, the development of new realisations and of self, in an environment which fosters development in collective settings.
The Development Programme also creates innovative evidence and practice-based methods for engaging men and boys. One such tool is The 7 Key Questions, a method which is regularly applied in the Development Programme in engaging men in personal reflection, in one-to-one conversations, or in a men’s development group setting.
Following a strengths-based approach, The 7 Key Questions encourage individual reflection, identification of challenges and an invitation to take the identified action(s).

All aspects of our Development Programme are guided by and seek to assist in the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Engaging men and boys in reflection, thought and action is of import in implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As an NGO and member of civil society, the Men’s Development Network embrace our role in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals at community level through our Men’s Development Programme.
